Trust Structure
1 DHLT holds the trust beneficial interests of the properties in Japan through the tokutei mokuteki kaisha (“TMK”) structure and the tokumei kumiai–godo kaisha (“TK-GK”) investment structure, which are two typical tax-efficient investment structures adopted by foreign investors for investing in Japanese properties.
