Mr Jun Yamamura is an Executive Director and the Chief Executive Officer of the Manager.
Mr Yamamura joined Marubeni Corp. (Marubeni), one of the largest general trading companies in Japan, in 1999. During his 22 years services in Marubeni, he expanded his career in the field of real estate development and investment. Mr Yamamura was involved in mergers of TSE-listed REITs, including the acquisition of Nippon Commercial Investment Corporation by United Urban Investment Corporation (United Urban), which is managed by Marubeni's subsidiary, in December 2010. Mr Yamamura also contributed to the initial public offering of United Urban in 2003 and secondary offering in 2004 as an acquisition manager and in corporate planning as a General Manager from 2017 to 2020.
From April 2021 until the date he joined the Manager, Mr Jun Yamamura was the Senior Chief in the Business Development Department in Daiwa House Industry Co., Ltd..
Mr Yamamura holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from The University of Tokyo, Japan, and a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Real Estate from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, USA. He is a Certified Member Analyst of the Securities Analysts Association of Japan (inactive), a Certified Master of the Association for Real Estate Securitization (inactive), a Certified Building Manager of Japan Building Management Institute (inactive), and a licensed real estate transaction agent in Japan (inactive).
Ms Natalie Wong Chin Ping is the Chief Financial Officer of the Manager.
Ms Natalie Wong has more than 24 years of experience in finance, accounting and treasury functions, with extensive experience within the real estate industry.
Prior to joining the Manager, Ms Natalie Wong was Senior Vice President, Capital Markets in City Development Limited where she oversaw the capital raising, structuring, financial management and compliance for both capital market transactions in both public and private space. Ms Natalie Wong was also previously the Chief Financial Officer for the manager of OUE Commercial REIT and Head of Treasury for the manager of Mapletree Logistics Trust respectively, where she was responsible for the finance and/or treasury functions including financial reporting, taxation, corporate finance and capital management.
Ms Natalie Wong holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from Nanyang Technological University of Singapore. She is also a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants.
Mr Toru Aoki is the Chief Risk Officer of the Manager.
Mr Toru Aoki joined Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank, Ltd. (SMTB) in 1986 and started his career in the fields of real estate finance and corporate finance. From 1994 to 2018 he had been responsible for global finance and global real estate related businesses in Tokyo, Hong Kong, Singapore and New York. From September 2018, he moved to the Internal Audit Department where he conducted risk assessments and internal audits for various business departments, overseas branches and subsidiaries of the bank, until he left SMTB in April 2020.
From May 2020 until the date he joined the Manager, Mr Toru Aoki was the Deputy Department Manager in the Business Development Department in Daiwa House Industry Co., Ltd., where he is responsible for promoting real estate securitisation of assets and overseas mergers and acquisitions business of the company.
Mr Toru Aoki holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Hitotsubashi University, Japan. He is a Certified Internal Auditor registered in the Institute of Internal Auditors and a licensed real estate transaction agent in Japan.
Mr Chee Kum Tin is the Head of Investor Relations of the Manager.
Mr Chee has more than 20 years of experience in capital markets and real estate sectors, of which, he spent approximately 10 years in REITs in various roles.
Mr Chee joined the Manager in July 2021. Prior to joining the Manager, Mr Chee was with CapitaLand where he was part of the Group Strategic Investment team. From December 2014 to December 2019, he was with Ascendas Hospitality Trust (A-HTRUST) where he took on roles in investor relations, capital markets as well as asset management for the China portfolio. From 2004 to 2014, Mr Chee worked in various financial institutions, including OCBC Bank, where he was involved in multiple corporate finance transactions including initial public offerings, fund raisings, mergers & acquisitions and corporate advisory for corporates of different industries and across various regions.
Mr Chee holds a Bachelor of Accountancy (Honours) from Nanyang Technological University. He is an associate with the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants.
Ms Bai Li is the Head of Asset Management of the Manager.
Ms Bai has approximately 14 years of experience in real estate sector, with expertise spanning marketing, business development, leasing, asset management, investments and investor relations.
Ms Bai joined the Manager in January 2021 as Manager, Asset Management & Investment where she was responsible for overseeing the asset performance of DHLT’s portfolio in Japan and also supported new acquisitions by DHLT. Prior to joining the Manager, Ms Bai was Chief, Construction Sales Division of Daiwa House Industry Co., Ltd. where she led leasing activities and development of new projects outside Japan, including identifying land acquisition opportunities in Australia, the U.S., and Southeast Asia. Ms Bai started her career in 2011 with Ascendas Pte. Ltd. where she was involved in international client acquisition and expansion into new markets. From 2014 to 2018, Ms Bai was with multinational real estate firms in business development and partner acquisition roles before joining Daiwa House Industry Co., Ltd. in 2019.
Ms Bai holds a Bachelor of Business (Business Management) from Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology.
Mr Chen Chun-Hsien is the Head of Investment of the Manager.
Mr Chen has over 12 years of experience in real estate development, asset management, and business development, with a strong track record in managing and divesting large-scale investment properties including rental apartments, hotels, and logistics facilities.
Mr Chen joined the Manager in February 2024 as Manager, Asset Management and Investment where he was responsible for overseeing the asset management of logistics facilities and supporting new acquisitions in the Japan and ASEAN region. Prior to joining the Manager, Mr Chen spent over a decade in the Rental Housing Division of Daiwa House Industry Co., Ltd., where he managed a property portfolio of approximately JPY 70 billion and successfully executed the sale of similar-scale assets. In October 2023, he transferred to the Business Development Department, where he was involved in overseas real estate investment initiatives.
Mr Chen holds a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate & Built Environment from National Taipei University and a Master's degree in Living Environment Design from Osaka City University. He is also a licensed real estate transaction agent in Japan.
